How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, then shipped. Delivery time to Belgium and the Netherlands is 6-12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Shipping is free on all orders.

Can I charge my laptop or MacBook with this cable?

Yes. The Lyres FlexCable supports 240W via USB-C Power Delivery 3.1, powerful enough for laptops like the 16" MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and all USB-C smartphones and tablets.

Does the cable work with my phone case?

The cable works with most cases up to 2 mm thick. For very thick protective cases (such as heavy-duty Otterbox models) you may need to remove the case for a proper connection.

Is the built-in stand sturdy enough for daily use?

Yes. The hinge is made of reinforced metal and tested for over 10,000 open/close cycles. Daily use is no problem.

Which devices is the cable compatible with?

Works with all devices that have a USB-C port: iPhone 15/16/17, Samsung Galaxy S24/S25, Google Pixel, MacBook Pro, iPad, Nintendo Switch and any other USB-C device.

What's in the box?

1× Lyres FlexCable (1.5 meters, USB-C to USB-C, with integrated foldable phone stand).

Note: the cable has USB-C on both ends. For older devices with USB-A, a separate adapter is required (not included).

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

You have 30 days return policy from delivery, no questions asked. Additionally, EU law gives you an extra 14-day right of withdrawal. Email support@lyresstore.com to start your return.

Is there a warranty on the cable?

Yes. We provide the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity from the date of purchase. Defects are repaired or replaced free of charge.
