At Lyres, we offer free tracked shipping on all orders. Every order includes a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom & Ireland: 8-12 business days
Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden): 8-12 business days
Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece): 7-20 business days
Central & Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, etc.): 8-20 business days
United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6-15 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, local carrier, and customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
