Refund Policy
At Lyres, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lyresstore.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Because our products ship from international warehouses, the return address may vary. Our support team will provide the correct return address once your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lyresstore.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the goods, for any reason and without giving any justification. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement (e.g. an email) to support@lyresstore.com before the 14-day period expires. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
