How long does shipping take?
Free shipping on every order. After 1-3 business days processing:

Western Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria): 8-10 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 8-12 business days
Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden): 8-12 business days
Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece): 7-20 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Product

How much of my room will it cover?
It covers the ceiling and walls of a standard bedroom. For the best effect, use it in a dark room. Place it closer to a wall for a focused projection, or in the center for full coverage.

Can I aim the projection?
Yes. The astronaut's head is magnetic and rotates 360 degrees. Point it wherever you want.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. Set the sleep timer to 40 or 90 minutes with the remote. It shuts off automatically. The projector runs cool and silent.

How is it powered?
Via the included USB cable. Plug it into any wall adapter, power bank, or laptop. Both versions need to stay plugged in. Bluetooth is for audio only, not power.

What is the difference between standard and Bluetooth?
The Bluetooth version (64.99 EUR) connects to your phone to play music through a built-in speaker while projecting. The standard version (59.99 EUR) is projection only.

Returns & Support

Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@lyresstore.com to start a return.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email support@lyresstore.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund.
